Contract Manufacturing Services

Rogers Foam can fabricate parts using customer-supplied material, or allow you to outsource your entire manufacturing process from start to finish to our contract manufacturing division. We provide assembly and final pack out services at our plants across the U.S. and Mexico.

Design and Engineering Services

The Rogers engineering team invents and develops material solutions for customer applications. Our production team takes these solutions from concept all the way to on-time delivery. Our in-house machine shop provides rapid prototyping so that you can test new concepts and quickly move forward or change direction. Once you decide to move forward, our ability to design and build custom machinery in our machine shop allows your organization to scale production quickly.

Our engineers have experience in the design and build of aluminum and steel molds, as well as manual fixtures and PLC-controlled, semi-automated production lines. Other resources include:

Global Logistics Services

In order to provide world-class global logistics, Rogers has invested in the expertise and capabilities needed to provide our customers with these critical services. Our capabilities range from small ground shipments to Mexico or Canada, to air or ocean shipments to Europe, Asia or anywhere else. Our experience includes building partnerships with logistics providers and customers around the world.

Rogers can also manage consignment inventories as part of logistics services for our customers. We’ve successfully helped customers:

• Make inventories available onsite or at partner warehouses
• Streamline billing for improved payment processing

Our barcoding capabilities allow us to meet nearly any customer specification. We can provide manufactured lot traceability or individual unit serialized numbering. As a testament to our capabilities, our automotive customers give us “A” ratings for meeting their strictest barcoding requirements.
